Returns and Shipping Policies

Note: The following policies govern the physical aspects of your order.

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
  • Customized products are non-returnable.
  • Customers must contact our support team with the Order ID and product photos to request a return.
  • Refunds are processed within 48-72 hours after inspection of the returned item via original payment method or store credit.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Shipping Policy

  • Inside Dhaka: Delivery within 2 business days (BDT 80).
  • Outside Dhaka: Delivery within 3–4 business days (BDT 130).
  • All orders are shipped via Steadfast Courier Service.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available within Dhaka only.
